Refund policy

You have the right to return unused products (such as a new chain) within 14 days of receipt. To do so, contact us at info@waxcycle.nl. Once your return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your payment account.

Conditions:

• The chain must not have been used or fitted.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Return the product, well packaged, to:

Please note: Our wax service (where you send in your own chain) is a custom service and is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
